Pump Shaft Machining Process

Round steel → blanking → coarse  lathing  → quenching and tempering → fine   lathing→ milling keyway → grinding outer circle → storage protection

Impeller Machining Process

Casting billet → sandblasting aging → roughing → grinding → fine cutting → linear cutting → dynamic and static balance → storage protection

Machining Process of Bearing Body

Casting billet → sandblasting aging → roughing → fine turning → pliers drilling → grinding → storage protection

Shaft Sleeve Machining Process

Steel pipe → blanking → coarse  lathing  → fine  lathing  → electric spark → grinding outer circle → storage protection

Pump Casing Machining Process

Casting billet → sanding aging →  lathing  open surface → drilling → boring body → plier drilling → pressure testing → grinding → pretreatment → primer

The pump is ready to be cleaned → assembly pump → performance test → surface coating → factory inspection → packaging → logistics delivery after the machining of the above 5 processes is completed.
